Our client the global leader in commercial real estate services and investments. With their current expansion, they are looking for a Facilities Manager to join the team as a key leader.

• Oversee day‑to‑day operations and maintenance of buildings, utilities, and facilities systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire safety, etc.).

• Develop and implement preventive maintenance plans and schedules.

• Manage contracts and relationships with vendors, service providers, and contractors.

• Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements.

• Lead facility inspections, audits, and risk assessments; address issues promptly.

• Prepare and manage facilities budgets, forecasts, and cost‑control initiatives.

• Coordinate space planning, office moves, renovations, and minor construction projects.

• Respond to facility‑related emergencies and implement corrective actions.

• Maintain accurate records, reports, drawings, and asset inventories.

• Supervise facilities staff (technicians, cleaners, security, etc.)

If you are someone with the following, lets chat!

• Minimum Bachelor Degree in Facilities Management, Engineering or related fields

• Minimum 3 years working experience as Facilities Manager.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills. 

Additional Information

• 1 years contract

• 5.5 days work week
