Job Description & Requirements

You will be exposed to IT solutions such as cloud, cybersecurity, business software and infrastructure, and work closely with customers to recommend suitable solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable IT solutions

• Follow up on enquiries and prepare quotations

• Work with technical team on solution proposal

• Build and maintain customer relationships

• Basic CRM updates and coordination
