Additional Details:

• Deployment may involve up to two store locations in one day.

• Public transport claims (Bus & MRT) are reimbursable with receipts.

• Minimum engagement per activation: 6 hours.

• Commission available (3–5 days based on performance/assignment).

Key Responsibilities

• Proactively approach and greet walk-in customers.

• Explain health supplement benefits, features, and promotions clearly.

• Recommend suitable products based on customers’ needs (e.g., energy, immunity, digestion).

• Assist with simple sales closure and encourage add-on purchases.

• Support basic merchandising duties — restocking, arranging displays, maintaining presentation standards.

• Provide friendly, professional customer service and handle basic queries.

• Submit simple daily sales/activity reports as required.

Requirements

• Confident in greeting and engaging customers.

• Able to stay friendly, patient, and positive during peak hours.

• Comfortable recommending suitable supplements and closing simple sales.

• Able to manage basic objections and promote add-ons.

• Attire will follow client’s guidelines (shared before deployment).

• Positive, proactive, and eager to learn.

• Punctual and able to commit to assigned schedules.

• Background in sales, retail, promotions, events, or health-related products is an advantage — not mandatory.

Training

• Essential product training conducted at the client’s office.

• Duration: Approximately 4 hours (1 session).

• Training equips you with product knowledge, selling points, and customer engagement techniques.
