Hiring Operation Executive for bus company

$2,500/month during probation

After confirmation: $2,800/month

Location: Woodlands

Work arrangement: Hybrid Work From Home

Requirements:

- Able to work shifts and weekends

- Able to handle stress and think fast

Job Scope:

1. Handle operational arrangements and scheduling of bus drivers

2. Liaise with drivers, sub-contractors and customers

3. Data entry of bus orders etc.

3. Checking of invoices

4. Reporting of arrangements to manager

5. Stand in when operations colleague is off
