Responsibilities:
Performs opening / closing of front desk activities and all matters related to front desk.
Receive and greet members / guests at the counter.
Verifying members details and assisting members to download the SAFRA app.
Receive / transfer calls and follow up.
Take booking of sport facilities (for selected facilities only).
Assist in replacement and closure of facilities bookings and update booking charts as and when necessary.
Process payments such as application / renewal of membership, courses, activities and ATM cash withdrawal.
Make necessary announcement over the public announcement system.
Handle members’ / guests’ enquiries and feedback over the counter and through phone calls.
Collate and compile the Summary of Revenue Collection at Front Desk.
Settle the revenue collection.
Check and balance Membership Gifts and Rewards Programme inventory for the day.
Requirements:
'O' and ‘A’ levels with basic computer skills
Minimum one to two years of front desk experience in service/hospitality industry
Customer-focused and service-oriented
Teamwork-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment
Bubbly personality and enjoys meeting people
Able to work on shifts, weekends and public holidays
Singaporeans or Permanent Residents only
