Part-Time Role, 5 day work week

• Monday to Tuesday - 8am to 5pm

• Wednesday to Friday - 8am to 12pm

Job Roles

• Assist on issuance and returning/receiving of all materials stored in the Engineering store. Ensure that all incoming and outgoing items are in good working condition.

• Conduct regular housekeeping of material stores in a clear and effective manner as instructed. This includes rearrangement of inventory to optimize storage space where instructed.

• Facilitate the processing of warranty claims and delivery exchanges where applicable.

• Simple data entry for tracking of non inventorized items.

• Ensure strict adherence to all Health & Safety procedures, legal and company regulations.

• Adhere to workplace safety and health policies, practice safe work procedures and safety rules implemented at the workplace; and not engage in any unsafe or negligent act that may endanger self or others.

Job Requirements 

• Prior work experience in storekeeping, warehouse and logistics would be beneficial.

• Experience in computerized stock systems would be advantageous.

• Candidates must be able to handle physical work as he / she might need to assist in labor/manual work
