Our client, a reputable and leading marine transportation company providing a wide variety of liquid bulk cargoes services to their clients.

Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct compliance checks in accordance with Japan and Singapore FDA requirements

• Manage and maintain owner accounts

• Handle accounts payable processes, including purchase invoices, FDA records, payments, and receipts in Sage

• Issue invoices and monitor shipping schedules to ensure timely billing

• Work closely with the operations team to support day-to-day activities

• Assist with the preparation of reports, regulatory filings, and related documentation

Job Requirements:

• Diploma in Accounting or equivalent.
