Salary Range: Starting from $3,000/month

Working Days: 5–6 days a week

Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM

Core Responsibilities 

• Provide a full range of hair services including cutting, coloring, bleaching, highlights, treatments, and styling.

• Conduct thorough consultations to understand each client's needs and preferences.

• Recommend suitable hair care and styling products tailored to individual hair types and conditions.

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards for salon tools, equipment, and workstations.

• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, new techniques, and product innovations.

• Build and maintain a loyal clientele through professionalism, creativity, and consistent service.

• Promote and upsell salon products and services to enhance client satisfaction and revenue.

• Follow all health and safety regulations as required by company policy and local laws.

• Participate in ongoing training, workshops, and salon meetings.
  

Job Specifications 

• Proven work experience as a Hair Stylist or in a similar role.

• Certification from a recognized cosmetology or hair styling school.

• Solid knowledge of hair types, scalp care, and chemical treatments.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Creativity, attention to detail, and passion for customer satisfaction.

• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays, based on operational needs.
  

Key Deliverables

• Maintain strong client retention through excellent service and rapport.

• Deliver precise, on-trend cuts, styles, and treatments consistently with minimal corrections.

• Adhere strictly to client briefs while providing professional recommendations when appropriate.

• Ensure all tools and equipment are cleaned and sterilized between each client.

• Complete services within the allocated time to maintain efficient appointment flow.

• Demonstrate continuous learning by introducing new trends, techniques, or services.

• Collaborate with team members to maintain a positive, professional, and supportive salon environment.
