About the role

Aerotron Pte Ltd, a leading provider of aerospace products and services, is seeking a talented Junior Sales Executive to join our dynamic team based in the Central Region. In this full-time position, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth and enhancing our company's market presence.

Responsibilities:

1. Proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the aerospace industry

2. Engage with prospective clients, understand their needs, and propose tailored solutions

3. Negotiate and close sales contracts, ensuring customer satisfaction and success

4. Maintain a proactive relationship with existing clients.

5. Meet targeted sales objectives and assist in other ad hoc duties.

What we're looking for

1. A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a sales or customer-facing role, preferably in the aerospace industry

2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients

3. Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities to handle complex sales scenarios

4. A passion and keen interest in the aerospace industry

5. A self-motivated and results-oriented mindset, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets

6. 5 days' work week (Mon-Fri, 9am-6pm).

7. Singaporean / Permanent Resident only to apply
