Job Description

1. Support the Business Finance team in quarterly forecasting and annual budgeting processes.

2. 1-year contract.

3. Liaise with distribution channels and business leaders to align initiatives with company strategic direction.

4. Handle financial pattern analysis, performance metric tracking, and business case reviews.

5. Up to $6,500 per month.

The Opportunity Act as a strategic partner to our business leaders. You will go beyond the numbers to provide the "why" behind financial patterns and help steer the company's performance.

• FP&A Core: Contribute to forecasting and budgeting by working closely with relevant functions to produce key financials.

• Strategic Analysis: Conduct in-depth analysis of financial patterns to enhance senior management's understanding of company financials.

• Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with distribution channels to monitor sales performance and distribution expenses.

What You Bring

• Education: Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or Business Administration.

• Experience: 4-6 years of relevant experience in insurance and performance management
