Roles and Responsibilities:

• Create and maintain a safe, positive, and clean learning environment. 

• Develop and implement creative, age-appropriate lesson plans and activities. 

• Manage and organize classroom materials and supplies. 

• Adapt teaching methods to meet individual student needs and learning styles. 

• Communicate regularly with parents about their child's progress and address any concerns. 

• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a cohesive educational experience. 

Key skills and qualifications:

• An advanced certificate, diploma or degree in Early Childhood Education is required.

• Possesses ECDA EY2, L1 or L2.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

• Patience, creativity, and an energetic and compassionate attitude.

• Good organizational and time management skills.

• Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues.

• Passion for working with young children and a commitment to their early learning and development.
