Accounts Executive - #1133168

• Verify, reconcile, and ensure accuracy of financial data during the vendor transition and system migration

• Support data extraction, validation, upload, and User Acceptance Testing activities, ensuring proper documentation and audit trails

• Assist the Finance team and new vendor with AP, AR, journal entries, expense claims, and month-end closing during transition

• Liaise with internal stakeholders and coordinate with outgoing and incoming vendors to resolve discrepancies and ensure a smooth transition

• Any other adhoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Min Diploma in Accounting, Finance or related

• Min 2 years relevant experience

• 3 Months Contract

• Location: Ang Mo Kio

• Working Hours: Mon - Fri (9am-6pm)

• Salary: Up to $4000

• Able to start work in Feb
