What You’ll Tackle

Sourcing & Procurement

• Run the full purchasing cycle: RFQs, price checks, POs, order tracking, and delivery follow-up

• Keep POs accurate, prices sharp, and timelines tight

• Hunt down materials from every possible source—internal, external, you name it

• Work hand-in-hand with suppliers to confirm orders, speed up shipments, and solve any hiccups

• Identify and qualify the best materials for our needs

Supplier Coordination

• Team up with current suppliers on quotes, delivery schedules, and quality issues

• Scout and qualify new suppliers, especially in Southeast Asia

• Build relationships that keep our supply chain strong and steady

• Help track supplier performance—quality, cost, delivery, and responsiveness

Cost & Documentation Management

• Keep price lists, purchasing records, and supplier databases up to date

• Support cost comparisons, invoice matching, and finance reconciliations

• Make sure all procurement paperwork is buttoned up and ISO-compliant

What You Bring to the Table

• Diploma in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or a related field

• Minimum 6 years’ hands-on experience in purchasing or procurement—ideally with electronic components and commodities

• Skilled in ERP/MRP systems and highly proficient with Microsoft Excel and Word

• Excellent communicator with strong negotiation and follow-up skills

• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting

• Proven experience sourcing within the Southeast Asia (SEA) market
