SENIOR EXECUTIVE, FINANCE - #1133152

We are looking for a meticulous and driven individual to join our Finance team. In this role, you will be responsible for handling day-to-day Accounts Payable operations and preparing of GST returns and providing support for month-end and year-end financial closing activities. You will also contribute to the implementation of financial policies and procedures, ensuring strong internal controls are in place to comply with audit and regulatory standards.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance, preferably with exposure to Accounts Payable and GST reporting

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

• Hands-on with keen eye for details and a high level of accuracy

• Proactive, with a positive attitude and a critical thinker mindset

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and MS Office applications

• Hands-on experience with accounting ERP systems (e.g., WorkDay, SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics)

• Able to work in a fast-paced environment, multiple-tasking and meeting tight deadlines

• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently as well as in a team setting

• Good interpersonal and communication skills
