As a Fund Operations Manager, you will be responsible for the following duties:

• Lead the fund operations team and manage tasks related to asset management products, including fund subscriptions/redemptions, investor transactions, capital calls, cash management/projections, and NAV reconciliation and review.

• Build Excel-based valuation models to estimate fund NAV across required periods, ensuring accuracy in fund accounting books and records.

• Analyze target operating models and operational requirements for new fund offerings, including setting up SPVs across various jurisdictions.

• Support fund launches, including bank account openings and appointment of key service providers.

• Collaborate with senior management to assess fund performance and ensure continuous regulatory compliance.

• Drive the annual audit process, including audits of SPVs, acting as the main liaison with auditors and ensuring effective internal controls.

• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, including fund administrators, legal counsel, tax advisors, corporate secretaries, and fund boards.

• Manage end-to-end trade lifecycle and support trading activities across platforms, resolving settlement issues, maintaining compliance, and preparing regulatory filings.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field with at least 7 years of experience in fund administration or fund operations.

• Strong understanding of trade lifecycle, settlements, asset classes and knowledge of cross-border and emerging market settlements.

• Skilled in OMS/PMS systems, advanced Excel, and experienced in platforms like Euroclear, Clearstream, DTCC, SWIFT, MarkitWire.
