Job Responsibilities
Supervise the daily activities of crew members, ensuring adherence with departmental standards, including professional grooming, conduct, and operational protocols.
Assist in training new and existing crew members to uphold operational and service standards.
Maintain routine records such as lead observations, daily operating reports, ride/show quality records, timekeeping sheets, scheduling requests, and crew availability as assigned.
Attend to guest concerns and ensure timely and appropriate resolution of emergencies.
Ensure the park readiness and operational excellence to enhance overall guest experience.
Support crowd control and queue management during peak periods.
Report ride malfunctions, abnormalities, and safety concerns to management.
Job Requirements
Minimum GCE ‘O/N’ Levels/ ITE/ Diploma in Tourism or any other relevant discipline.
Prior operations experience of at least 1 year.
Skills/ Attributes
Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including being comfortable speaking to large groups.
Attentive to detail and safety-oriented.
Ability to stay calm and professional in high-pressure situations.
Able to manage time and prioritize tasks effectively.
Team player with a positive attitude.
Comfortable to work in an outdoor environment.
Must be able to stand for extended periods.
Able to perform shift work, including evenings, weekends and public holidays.
