Crew (Full Time) - Rides Operations, Universal Studios Singapore - #1133114

Job Responsibilities

• Operate rides in accordance with standard operating procedures and safety guidelines.  

• Conduct pre-opening and closing checks to ensure equipment and areas are safe and operational.  

• Provide excellent guest service, including greeting guests, answering enquiries, and assisting with loading and unloading the rides.  

• Monitor guest behaviour and enforce safety rules to ensure a safe environment.  

• Respond promptly and appropriately to technical difficulties, guest incidents, or emergencies.  

• Maintain cleanliness and presentation of ride areas.  

• Support crowd control and queue management during peak periods.  

• Report any ride malfunctions, abnormalities, or safety concerns to supervisors.  

Job Requirements

• Minimum GCE ‘O/N’ Levels or ITE. 

• Prior operations experience of at least 1 year is preferred.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including being comfortable speaking to large groups.  

• Attentive to detail and safety-oriented.  

• Ability to stay calm and professional in high-pressure situations.  

• Team player with a positive attitude.  

• Comfortable working in an outdoor environment. 

• Must be able to stand for extended periods.

• Able to perform shift work, including evenings, weekends and public holidays.
