Facilities Management Executive (3PL Logistics MNC) - #1133093

Our client is from Freight Forwarding Industry. They are looking for a Facilities Executive to join their Facilities Management team, in hopes of developing the current high performing team. They are located in the East - easily accessible.

Job Responsibilities of Facilities Executive:

• Oversee day-to-day building operations and maintenance to ensure a safe, functional, and compliant facility.

• Plan, schedule, and supervise maintenance, repair, and inspection activities.

• Troubleshoot issues related to temperature/humidity (RH), power generators, chillers, air-conditioning systems, and other building equipment.

• Coordinate with vendors and contractors on maintenance schedules and service delivery.

• Ensure all contracts and service level agreements are properly managed and met.
  

Requirements:

• Diploma in Facilities Management or any related field

• Minimum 3 years related technical experience, including troubleshooting in RH Temperature, Solar Panel, Power Generator, Air-Cond etc.

• Comfortable with height

• Proficient in Microsoft Office
