Senior/ Schedule and Mileage Manager - #1133087

Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for the safety, health and wellbeing of the department staff and visitors to the department through effective safety leadership and compliance with the business Health and Safety Policy, standards, procedures and processes.

Schedule Team

• Manage and oversee the Schedule Team in achieving contractual KPI for monthly schedules while delivering improvements in cost effectiveness.

• Oversee development of new service timetable and schedule, and amendment of existing services.

• Monitor schedule performance and rectify issues promptly, proposing and implementing improvements.

• Utilise data-driven methodology for analysis of new services and network effectiveness.

• Proactively initiate, recommend, and implement best practice variations with our stakeholders.

Mileage Team

• Manage and oversee the Mileage Team on mileage-related matters and timely submission of reports to internal and external stakeholders.

• Oversee data analysis to improve bus service performance, which includes presenting data trends in graphics, as well as development of performance dashboards and reports.

Job Requirements

• Possess a minimum Degree in any field.

• At least 2 years of experience in supervision position.

• Experience in the use of computer-based scheduling and rostering tools, preferably in the Hastus software.

• Experience in public transport operations will be an advantage.

• Good initiatives and ability to make quick and sound judgment.

• Meticulous with an eye for details.

• Good written and communication skills.

• Able to multi-task.
