Job Scope:

• Handle customer enquiries on import/ export shipments

• Arrange and coordinate shipment bookings with carriers, airlines, and vendors

• Coordinate import/ export shipments with internal and external parties

• Monitor shipment status and inform customers of any delays or issues

• Proactively follow up on urgent shipments

• Liaise with Warehouse, Operations, Billing, and Sales teams

• Monitor shipment schedules and update customers on delivery status

• Coordinate with internal teams (operations, customs clearance) to ensure smooth delivery

• Manage documentation filing and data entry into the system

• Handle billing process and customers on billing disputes

• Perform other tasks assigned by immediate superior

Job Requirements:

• Relevant prior customer service experience in the logistics or airfreight industry is preferred

• Good in communication with internal and external department

• Proficient in Microsoft Office
