Responsibilities:

· To communicate and coordinate with warehouse operation team according to customer requirements.

· To tally inventory with Singapore custom record, products inventory and make sure the accuracy between physical stocks and system quantity.

· Oversee day-to-day operation activities (inbound and outbound and operation activities) to ensure Logistics / Distribution operations meet the customer’s expectation)

· Communication with customer to receive orders and enhance customer satisfaction.

· Support Team work on daily reporting such as inventory report, warehouse and distribution tracking report..

· Assist with daily transportation arrangement.

· Assist in any other duties as required

Requirements:

· Diploma or Degree in Logistic Management / Supply Chain / Business Management

· Minimum 1 years experience in warehouse operation and supervising warehouse staff

· Preferable experience in 3PL 

· Proficient in computer skills ie. MS Office, Excel, SAP and WMS
