Job Scope:

• Promote and merchandise products in assigned retail stores and distributors

• Ensure products are well-stocked, neatly displayed, and meet brand standards

• Conduct regular store visits to monitor stock, displays, and competitor activity

• Build and maintain strong relationships with store owners, staff, and stakeholders

• Support marketing campaigns, in-store promotions, and POS material implementation

• Collect store feedback and sales information

• Report daily or weekly sales and stock updates

• Assist the team in achieving sales targets

Job Requirements:

• Experience in FMCG, paints & coatings, or retail industry

• Familiarity with supermarkets, modern trade, or retail outlets

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Proactive, self-motivated, and target-driven

• Able to manage multiple stores and territories

• Knowledge of merchandising and promotions is a plus
