Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and review clients' requirements, lifestyle and needs

• Prepare and present proposal and renovation quotation

• Prepare and manage project schedule and timeline

• Work out, present and provide detailed drawings before renovation work

• Carry out site measurements and assessment to determine site conditions

• Manage and coordinate with working partners to ensure projects run smoothly

• Project site supervision and schedule workflow to meet client handover date
