School AV and Media Executive (Polytechnic) - #1133002

This position will start off as about 5 months contract.

Location:
Nanyang Polytechnic (At Yio Chu Kang)

Responsibilities:

• Perform videography and photography duties.

• Provide pre and postproduction support to users.

• Perform equipment loan helpdesk duties to students and staff .

• Maintain equipment and facilities.

• Administer the IT/AV infrastructure equipment, including attending to software and hardware maintenance, patching and security issues to support daily operations.

• Liaise with vendors on purchase requirements and handle equipment purchases.

• Undertake any other ad hoc duties software applications.

• Escalate complex technical issues to higher level support teams as necessary and follow up on their resolution.

• Assist with operating system preparation, installation, configuration, and maintenance of software applications.

• Provide excellent customer service and maintain a positive attitude while assisting end-users with their IT-related needs. 

  
  

Working Hour:

Mon to Thu: 8:30am to 6:00pm, Fri: 8:30am to 5:30pm

Salary:

$3080
