Project Coordinator / Site Supervisor (Renovation) - #1133000

Ideal candidates should be experienced in renovation/construction works in terms of technicality and workflow. Attentive to assigned projects and have a high sense of responsibility to be accountable for follow up actions and to keep everyone involved in the project appraised of its progress. 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Support to Project Manager in project implementation.

• Attend meetings as required and follow-up with issues raised.

• Understand and ensure compliance in project requirement and scope of work.

• Responsible in counter checking details in drawings for correct dimensions, orientation, alignment upon project executions

• Supervise and lead work of sub-contractors and workers.

• Ensure installation is carried out as per drawings and approved specifications.

• Monitor the progress and quality of work being performed by workers.

• Keep and maintain proper and updated site records on progress of work and report to Project Manager.

• Perform other duties and tasks as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS:

• O level and above.

• Experience in related field is a must and with at least 1 year of relevant working experience. (Experience in residential projects preferred.)

• 6 days work week.

• Possess driving license and has own vehicle.

• Candidate with Safety Management Officer Certificate (SMO) and Working at Height Certificate would be an advantage.

• Good knowledge in interior fit-out and builder’s work and able to read as build drawings.

• Ability to multi-task and quick on feet to handle challenges on site.

• Proactive, self-motivated, strong problem-solving ability, and capable of prioritizing work.
