Position Overview:

Reporting to the Head of Human Resource & Administration, the Loan Administrator will be responsible for managing loan submissions and working closely with financial institutions to help customers finance their electric vehicles.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage loan submissions and coordinate with financial institutions to support customers in financing their vehicle purchases.

• Handle loan agreements, disbursement documents, and other related paperwork, ensuring accurate filing and proper record-keeping.

• Handle car registration processes with the Land Transport Authority (LTA) and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements.

• Manage the Certificate of Entitlement (COE) bidding process.

• Provide support and motivation to front-line staff, promoting teamwork and a positive work environment.

• Perform any ad-hoc duties such as administrative tasks, customer follow-ups, or coordination with external vendors as needed.

What Makes You the Perfect Fit:

• Prior experience as a customer service advisor in the automotive industry is preferred.

• Familiarity with LTA vehicle registration processes and loan submission procedures is an advantage.

• Understanding of the complete COE bidding cycle.

• Proficient in CRM systems and Microsoft Office.

• Self-motivated, goal-oriented and able to work independently.

• Meticulous with a strong sense of responsibility and attention to detail.
