As a Volunteer Management Executive, you will be responsible for the following duties: 

• Establish a network of volunteers in collaboration with community partners to enhance health promotion initiatives.

• Recruit, supervise, and assign volunteers to appropriate health promotion activities.

• Maintain and update the volunteer database in the Volunteer Management System.

• Create training materials and deliver training sessions for volunteers.

• Design and implement new volunteer programs to strengthen community health promotion efforts.

• Identify potential sources for volunteer recruitment and manage volunteer inquiries and feedback.

• Any other ad hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in any relevant fields.

• Minimum 1 to 2 years of relevant working experience in volunteer management, preferably in Healthcare or Social Service Sector.
