Job Scope:

• Act as the main coordinator for airfreight import shipments

• Assist with daily import break bulk and shipment handling

• Handle customer enquiries related to shipment status and documentation

• Proactively follow up on urgent or time-sensitive shipments

• Coordinate closely with warehouse, operations, billing, and sales teams

• Support end-to-end shipment processes, including discrepancy resolution
  

Requirements:

• Prior experience in import operations is an advantage; candidate without experience are welcomed.
