Job Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project management covering design coordination, procurement, construction management, testing, commissioning, and final handover for high-voltage and power-related projects.

• Manage project risks, contractual matters, timelines, and quality standards by coordinating closely with internal teams, consultants, subcontractors, and external stakeholders.

• Liaise with authorities, consultants, building owners, and facility operators to ensure compliance with technical, regulatory, and mission-critical facility requirements.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in construction or project management within engineering, power, or M&E environments.

• Proven exposure to both greenfield and brownfield projects, including A&A works and fit-out projects.

• Strong knowledge of project coordination, contractor management, risk mitigation, and stakeholder engagement.

• Professional certifications such as PMP or Data Centre–related certifications are an advantage.
