As a Sales Engineer, you will be responsible for the following duties:

• Provide technical consultation and service to potential customers.

• Adapt to company expectations and customer needs.

• Respond promptly to customer requests and secure new clients

• Manage daily activities independently.

• Address client inquiries, conduct site assessments, comprehend needs, articulate product benefits, deliver solutions, negotiate terms, and finalize agreements.

• Monitor customer engagement and sales metrics, synchronize initiatives with marketing, and remain abreast of industry developments to stimulate profitability and attain corporate expansion.

• Perform other tasks as assigned.

Requirements

• Possess Nitec/ High-Nitec or Diploma in Engineering related fields

• Candidate who possess 1-2 year of experience will be an added advantage
