1. Technical Engineer /$4,200 - $5,500 + $370 Allowance/Mon-Fri, 8.30am-5.15pm @Jurong Island

• Technical solutions to customers including tooling, part design analysis (CAE, and injection molding).

• Performs failure benchmark testing, localization, and destructive or non-destructive analysis.

• Involving in recording data for experiments and procedures.

• Market research on technology trends related to current or future targeted applications

• Plan and work with teams to create a mid & long term business strategy on target application

• Provide solution and support commercial team in meeting short-term budget targets

• Evaluate analysis methods on application requirements & provide data to customers for development

• Obtain application requirements & translate into material properties for R&D to formulate new material

• Negotiate newly formulated material with customers on specific application needs & requirements.

• Support marketing/trade show in developing new markets/brand

• Provide training to Traders / Distributors and conducting molding trials with customers.

• Diploma/Degree in Chemical related field with 3 yrs in plastics injection molding/& chemical analysis

• Ability to travel oversea once a month. Must possess knowledge in Polymer / Plastics.

2. QA Engineer (Electrical) - Marine /Up to $4,500 + Traveling Allowance

• Inspect outgoing & incoming parts according to specification of inspection.

• Maintain quality record and file quality data. Highlight quality problems to Managers for action.

• Ensure non-conforming products are not mixed, authorise rejection of parts if found unsatisfactory.

• Authorise release of conforming parts and send to store for subsequent delivery to customers.

• Perform factory routine test and check of switchboards completed in the workshop.

• Test & commissioning of switchboards on board vessels and attend warranty /quality complaints.

• Conduct tests on switchboards which require witnessing by surveyors or consultants.

• Assist in quality responsibilities, achieving quality objectives and maintain housekeeping.

• Observe and adhere to safety rules and ensure the use of calibrated instrument for inspection.

• Initiate to prevent the occurrence of Product Non-Conformity and recommend solutions.

• Control further processing and delivery of Non-Conforming products until corrected.

• Diploma/Degree in Electrical with 2 years in QA experience

• Ability to travel onboard on vessel, and oversea when required.
