1. Measurement & Pricing and Cost Estimation
2. Cost planning, estimation and measurement of quantities
3. Responsible for progress claims, variation orders, budget & cost control, sub contract information
Requirements:
Ø Minimum 5 years of experience with quantity surveying or professional qualification.
Ø Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Civil Engineering or equivalent
Ø Proficiency in MS Office
