Workshop Executive - #1132900

Are you passionate about automotive operations and workshop management? We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Workshop Executive to support the daily operations of our automotive workshop. In this role, you’ll work closely with the Workshop Manager to ensure smooth maintenance workflows, cost-effective operations, and strict adherence to safety standards. What You’ll Do:

Workshop Operations Management

• Support the Workshop Manager in managing taxi maintenance operations and ensuring all KPIs are met.

• Manage and ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the workshop.

• Review and enhance existing systems to optimize efficiency without compromising service quality.

• Produce statistics and reports to review performance and recommend procedural enhancements.

Cost & Performance Control

• Ensure operational costs, including materials, manpower, and overheads, are kept within the approved budget.

• Monitor workshop performance and identify areas for cost optimization and process improvement.

Safety & Compliance

• Establish, implement, and monitor safe working practices and procedures.

• Conduct routine safety inspections on equipment and workshop areas to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  

What We’re Looking For:

• Degree in Electrical or Mechatronics Engineering, or a related field

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in the Automotive Industry

• Good communication and coordination skills

• Strong understanding of workshop processes, cost control, and safety compliance

• Proficient in MS Office and workshop management systems

• Valid driving license
