  • Plan materials to support customer's demand

  • Parts sourcing and price negotiation with suppliers

  • Issue purchase order and plan supplier's delivery schedule

  • Liaise with forwarder for overseas incoming shipment

  • Compile monthly stock report

  • Understand ISO 9001 quality system in relation to purchasing functions

  • Familiar with Microsoft Office software application and ability to adapt to new software


Qualification


  • Min Diploma and above

  • Minimum 1-2 years working experience
