Salary: $4000 - $5000 (Depend on Experience) +Bonus
Monday - Friday / 8.30AM - 5.30PM

Location: Clementi - Clementi Project
Experienced in LTA Electrical, Fire and ECS systems installation, testing, and commissioning.

Job Scope:

• Prepare tender and shop drawings, including layouts, schematics, and single-line diagrams

• Review consultant drawings and specifications to ensure technical compliance

• Produce accurate 2D and 3D CAD/BIM drawings based on project requirements

• Coordinate MEP services using AutoCAD, Revit, and Navisworks to avoid clashes

• Maintain and update Revit BIM models, including creating basic families

• Support project teams with drawing coordination and technical submissions

• Attend CAD/BIM coordination meetings and manage drawing submissions and approvals

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Architecture, or related field

• Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit MEP, Navisworks Manage.

• Strong understanding of MEP systems (HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Protection).
