Senior/Quantity Surveyor (A1 main con; HQ & Site based) - YL

Join a well-established A1 main contractor behind some of Singapore’s landmark developments. The position offers a 5-day work week, strong performance incentives, and career opportunities across tender and project functions. There are multiple QS vacancies for builder and M&E side.

What you will do

• Prepare and consolidate accurate cost estimates and tender documents.

• Liaise with internal departments, subcontractors, and suppliers to obtain precise pricing and project details.

• Evaluate variations, value-engineering proposals, and their corresponding cost implications.

• Track and report cost performance throughout the tendering stage.

• Review tender and contract conditions, identifying and addressing any commercial risks or uncertainties.

• Ensure all tender submissions are completed punctually and comply with required standards and safety regulations.

What you will need

• Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline.

• Possess minimum 2 years of relevant Quantity Surveying experience within the construction industry.

• Candidates with more extensive experience may be considered for a Senior position.
