• Support the HSE Manager in developing, implementing and integrating a coordinated and standardised HSE management system.

• Assists in the preparation, coordination, and participation of ISO 45001 internal, external, and certification audits.

• Assists in driving continuous improvement of HSE performance and safety culture.

• Prepare, update, and maintain HSE policies, procedures, and safety manuals in compliance with regulatory requirements, customer standards, and company objectives.

• Ensure HSE systems and procedures are properly implemented and adhered to in line with internal policies and regulatory requirements.

• Support the implementation and continuous review of the Company’s HSE Manual and related documentation.

• Promote and implement best HSE practices across all operations.

• Participate in the investigation of accidents, incidents, and near-miss reports, recommending corrective and preventive actions.

• Plan, organize, and conduct HSE training programs and awareness initiatives for employees and contractors.

• Proactively intervene in unsafe acts, conditions, or operations and recommend corrective measures.
