Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Growth: Launch and lead integrated marketing campaigns that turn business goals into reality across digital and offline channels.

• Brand Stewardship: Partner with our design team to craft a visual identity that is consistent, compelling, and impossible to ignore.

• Digital Narrative: Curate engaging social media content, newsletters, and web updates that tell the Ergoworks story.

• Data-Driven Insights: Deep-dive into market trends and competitor moves to optimize our customer journey and boost conversion rates.

• Community & Partnerships: Act as an ambassador for Ergoworks, managing high-impact events, influencer collaborations, and corporate partnerships.

• Interdepartmental Synergy: Work hand-in-hand with Sales and Operations to ensure our marketing efforts align perfectly with inventory and customer needs.

Qualifications

• A degree/diploma in Marketing, Business, or Communications.

• 1–3 years of experience (we also love fresh graduates with a standout portfolio).

• A mastery of digital marketing tools (SEO, SEM, Social Media, Email).

• Creative flair with a sharp eye for detail and brand storytelling.

• Tech-savvy with proficiency in Canva, video editing, or similar design software.
