Job Scope

• Overall project planning and daily management of renovation works

• Project supervision from start till handover

• Building good rapport and providing excellent customer service to existing and new clients

• Recommending appropriate solutions, services and ideas based on clients needs, budget and requests

• Scheduling respective work trades involve to ensure site smooth coordination including coordination with internal own workers and external contractors  

• Updating project director and clients on the project status, project timeline and work progress on daily basis to ensure timeline handover and completion

Requirements

• Must have previous experience in managing interior renovation works with proven experience in handover of residential renovation projects for both condos and HDB

• Minimum 3 years practical hands-on experience

• Knowledge in AutoCAD, Sketchup and Photoshop are preferred

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously

• Great problem solving skills and the ability to work well under pressure

• Willing to go the extra mile

• Independent, energetic and presentable

Compensation

• Please note, this is not a commission based coordinator role - we provide monthly basic salary, CPF contribution, AWS, annual leave, medical leave etc

• 5 day work week - flexible working arrangement
