Call Centre Officer (Automotive Industry)

Salary: $2400 - $2600/month + Shift allowance
Location: East
Working days/hours: 5 days rostered per week, Morning/Afternoon shifts

Jobscope:

1) Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional manner
2) Provide support with professionalism and warmth
3) Listen with empathy, and resolve customer concerns using clear guidelines and scripting templates
4) Escalate issues when needed, following the right procedures to ensure a smooth handover
5) Update all call logs accurately, promptly and be attentive to detail matters here

Requirements: 

-Diploma or GCE ‘O’ Level with at least 3 years of customer service experience is preferred

-Prior experience in the automotive industry is a strong advantage
