We are looking for a 1-year contract Sea Freight Admin to join our Singapore team and will report to the Sea Freight Assistant Manager.

Job Summary

The Freight Administration Executive supports the Sea Freight team by managing shipment documents, updating shipment data, preparing customer reports, and ensuring smooth administrative workflows. This role helps reduce operational workload and ensures compliance with key account requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate sea freight shipments from origin to destination, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to customer requirements (based on incoterm)

  • Monitor shipment status and provide regular updates to customers regarding their cargo.

  • Monitor on permit validity date and vessel ETD / ETUpdate shipment milestones and maintain accurate data in the system (Cargo wise).

  • Update ATD / ATA in Cargo wise

  • Generate daily/weekly reports for key account customers.

  • Coordinate document-related matters with carriers, vendors, and internal teams.

  • Support billing preparation and ensure documents are complete.

  • Maintain SOPs, filing, and general administrative tasks.

  • Monitoring COO, PCO preparation by GUUD and courier documents to customers

  • Collaborate with the operations team to resolve any issues or delays in shipment transportation.

Requirements

  • Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related field.

  • 1–2 years’ experience in freight/logistics admin (fresh grads are welcomed).

  • Basic understanding of sea freight processes is an advantage.

  • Strong attention to detail and good communication skills.

  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word).
