In view of business expansion, our client is seeking a Business Process Manager. This will be a crucial role in helping the Company maintain its competitive edge, optimise new technological projects, and continue to deliver high-quality services.
Responsibilities:
Establish and lead a steering committee focused on advancing operational excellence and attaining world-class standards.
Conduct a comprehensive analysis of the current operational state and develop projections for the desired future state at three-year and five-year intervals, utilising Lean methodology and Six Sigma process control techniques to guide this transformation.
Formulate a long-term strategy for digitalization, technology adoption, automation, and artificial intelligence implementation, guided by the established roadmap and assessment.
Lead, manage and facilitate the Lean initiatives/projects across the organisation from inception to implementation
Perform critical analysis of existing company processes and procedures for potential cost, quality, safety, reliability, and process efficiency opportunities, with the goal of minimising or eliminating non-value-added activities identified.
Demonstrate the capability and flexibility to implement these measures as necessary, using cost-benefit analyses to prioritise initiatives based on their impact and feasibility.
Partner with C-suite executives, department heads, and key stakeholders to ensure alignment, facilitate a shift in mindset, and secure commitment to the strategic roadmap.
Collaborate with partners on cutting-edge technological innovation projects that improve operational efficiency or support new business growth.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Information Technology or equivalent
Min 10 years of experience in business management systems, process improvement and project management.
Proven experience in successfully executing large-scale projects.
Extensive experience implementing digital transformation initiatives integrating multiple IT systems across all business functions.
Experience in collaborating with and presenting to C-suite executives and boards of directors on company performance and actionable initiatives.
Strong ability to mentor and manage cross-functional project teams to drive successful project outcomes.
Experience analyzing business and operational processes for continuous improvement and quality improvement opportunities.
Strong analytical and conceptual skills with a demonstrated ability to collect meaningful data and make data driven decisions.
Outstanding communication, presentation skills and interpersonal skills.
Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification preferred.
