What you'll be doing?

  • Streamline Workflows: Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance department efficiency.

  • Project Management: Support department projects and ensure timely completion.

  • Meeting Coordination: Organize and provide secretariat support for meetings.

  • Calendar Management: Manage the Director of Nursing's calendar effectively.

  • SOP Maintenance: Maintain and upload Nursing Department SOPs into the share drive.

  • Data Support: Assist in data collation, entry, analysis, and prepare presentation slide decks.

  • Training Support: Provide administrative support for training functions and monitor resources.

  • Budget Monitoring: Oversee the budget allocation and submit expense claims.

  • Event Planning: Be involved in planning department events and activities.

  • Quality Improvement: Assist in data for Nursing Quality Dashboard and improvement initiatives.


Who are they looking for?

  • Educational Background: Minimum Degree or equivalent; a solid foundation in administrative tasks.

  • Experience: 3 years of working experience, preferably in healthcare settings; practical knowledge in a similar role.

  • Skills: Proficient in MS Office Applications; essential for daily tasks and communication.

  • Analytical Skills: Good analytical and organizational skills; crucial for managing multiple tasks.

  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication, problem-solving, presentation, and interpersonal skills; key for effective teamwork.

  • Multi-tasking Ability: Ability to multi-task and work under tight timelines; important for meeting deadlines.
