Service Sales Engineer (IAQ) - #1132554

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain strong rapport with network of dealers/service contractors to promote sales 

• Pre-sales preparation such as preparing project budgetary prices, quotations, costings, completion of technical specifications, delivering catalogues and engineering data to customers

• Coordinate credit application for new customers

• Prepare sales and delivery order, update delivery schedule and ensure goods are delivered on schedule

• Attend site meetings, customers complaints and subsequently coordinate and follow up with internal departments to resolve issues

• Any other duties as assigned by supervisor

Job Requirements

• Degree / Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or equivalent

• Minimum 2 years of technical experience with knowledge in air-conditioning systems and Indoor Air Quality

• Resourceful with good analytical and interpersonal skills 

• Strong communication skills

• Good team player with ability to lead and multi-task
