Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing sales team

• Drive sales targets and push boundaries to achieve breakthrough results

• Build long-term, trusted relationships with customers and key accounts

• Identify market opportunities, trends, and competitive insights

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans

• Present sales reports, forecasts, and insights to management

• Guide the team through the entire sales cycle—from prospecting to closing

• Grow new business opportunities while strengthening existing accounts

Requirement

• Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Business, or related fields

• At least 5 years of industrial sales experience

• At least 3 years leading a sales team

• Proven track record in high-level selling and closing key deals

• Strong communication, customer management, and leadership skills

• Sales-driven, data-driven, analytical, and solution-oriented mindset

• Highly motivated, adaptable, and eager to learn

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
