Job Description

Working under close supervision, operates special-purpose equipment or machines to manufacture components and parts. Being able to work effectively in a team would be beneficial for this role.

Duties and Responsibilities

1. Carrying out CNC machining and general machining

2. Carry out basic productivity practices

3. Define technical specification and blueprints

4. Use approved methods of machining in manufacturing

5. Perform machine programming

6. Handle basic hand tools measurement devices and equipment

7. Carry out dimensional and geometric measurements

8. Conduct routine maintenance of machines and tools

9. Spot hazards and uphold risk control measures

10. Carry out working environmental clean practices

11. Carry out Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) policy

12. Ad hoc duties instructed by supervisor
