Assistant Centre Manager - #1132526

Key Responsibilities

• Report to the Centre Manager and support overall centre operations.

• Manage the centre as a business unit with basic profit and loss awareness.

• Drive enrolment through timely follow-ups with potential clients.

• Provide accurate information on services, policies, and procedures.

• Handle client feedback and complaints promptly and professionally.

• Ensure high standards of care in line with regulations, SOPs, and best practices.

• Ensure compliance with MOH financial and quality requirements through regular checks.

• Oversee daily operations, logistics, and centre readiness.

• Plan and manage staff rostering and manpower.

• Represent the organisation professionally at meetings and community engagements.

• Respond to emergencies, investigate incidents, and implement corrective actions.

• Act on behalf of the Centre Manager when required.

• Communicate clearly and empathetically with clients, caregivers, and partners.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Business Management or related disciplines; other fields welcome.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in operations or management; hospitality or service backgrounds welcome.

• Experience with MOH or healthcare stakeholders is an advantage.

• Experience working with elderly clients in a community setting is an advantage.

• Hands-on, adaptable, and comfortable working independently.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and IT systems.

• Strong communication skills, able to engage effectively with elderly clients.

• Singaporean citizens only.

• 5-day work week with rotational weekend duties (Saturday and Sunday).
