• Position : System and Application Implementation Engineer (Building Automation)

• Location : International Business Park (Nearest MRT: Jurong East walking distance)

• Working hours : 5 days a week- HYBRID / Monday - Friday, 8.30 am - 5.30 pm - WITH WORK FROM HOME BENEFITS

• Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $5700 + AWS + Medical/ Dental Allowance

• Duration : Permanent

• Industry : Develop and Manufacture an extensive range of building automation products

Responsibilities

• Support the System Development Manager and Application Development Manager to research, design, implement and manage software application programs for Digital Intelligent Building Management Systems in the Southeast Asia and India region.

• Design and develop applications to realize enhanced building and occupant safety, enhanced occupant experience with reduced costs and increased efficiency.

• Plan, test and evaluate new software applications.

• Create engineering manuals and documents to deploy software applications in the region.

• Train and support engineers in the region on software applications. Work together with engineers in the region to execute project engineering and system configuration on-site.

• Collect feedback from the internal and external stakeholders to make continuous improvement.

 Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in engineering; relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree for the right candidate. A degree in computer science is preferred.

• A minimum of 3 years of programming experience is preferred.

• Programming knowledge of Python and JavaScript.

• Strong interest in AI/ML, web API programming, energy conservation, and the environment.

• Experience in building automation systems is preferred.

• Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Chinese clients who can converse in Mandarin only
