Our Client, Singapore’s leading one-stop automotive detailing centre, is inviting qualified candidates to fill the position as Sales Executive (Car Package Services).

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Promote and sell car care, detailing, grooming, and maintenance packages to walk-in and call-in customers.

• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable packages or add-on services.

• Handle inquiries through calls, messages, and online platforms (e.g. WhatsApp, Facebook, or company website).

• Prepare quotations, invoices, and assist with service bookings.

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by management.

• Build and maintain relationships with regular customers and corporate clients.

• Provide excellent after-sales support and follow up on customer feedback.

• Keep updated on new promotions, pricing, and services offered.

• Work closely with the operations team to ensure smooth service delivery and customer satisfaction.

• Participate in marketing campaigns, roadshows, or promotional events when required.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Proven experience in sales, customer service, or automotive industry

• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Sales-driven, confident, and customer-oriented personality.

• Able to work independently and in a team environment.

• Basic knowledge of car grooming or maintenance services is an advantage.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic digital communication tools.

• Working Days/Hours            : 6 days work week
