Working hours: 08.00am – 5.00pm, 08.30am – 5.30pm, 09.00am – 6.00pm, 10.00am – 7.00pm (Monday to Friday) & Alternate Saturday: 08.00am – 12.00pm, 08.30am – 12.30pm, 09.00am – 1.00pm
Job Responsibilities
Manage customer’s enquiries from our digital platform (Webforms & Chats) and ensure customer enquiries are resolved to achieve customer satisfaction
Simultaneously handle multiple chats
Provide appropriate solutions and alternatives timely to meet the KPIs.
Handling customer's enquiries and complaints (High consumption, bill presentation, account opening and termination, bill adjustment etc.)
Payment arrangement (dunning block, instalment plan, payment deferment etc.)
Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Job Requirements
At least 1 years of relevant work experience in customer service and handling chat enquiries
Strong customer service skills
Excellent communication, written and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask, organize and prioritize work
Ability to work independently while being a cohesive team member
